As the 1960’s became the 1970’s this was the Miracle Yarn.
Everybody , I mean everybody that had a set of knitting needles or a crochet hook latched onto this yarn. And what did they make? Phentex slippers of course.
Phentex is made of a synthetic material, so synthetic that it put other synthetics , say like polyester, to shame.
